Experiment which was mmmm~~

Suddenly had the urge to try to cook and serve properly for once during my Easter break. So, here's what I whipped up: Couscous with prawns and parmesan, and seabass with truffle flavoured olive oil and pine nuts. Love my basil and bay leaves which I got from Tesco. Potted. And Cindy named them Annie (basil) and Marrilyn (bay leaves). My babies. Muaks~

It's been a long time since the last post =P busy busy busy.. and of course laziness. Never mind, behold! Revival of the Garden =P

Ah, at last, managed to borrow John's guitar again, his black Epiphone acoustic. Right now, had the sudden urge to pick up picking and playing lead, so here I am practising scales. Difficult but satisfying =) Hope this little spark will not die out soon. Let's see, what am I dreaming of? Fender? Far fetched. Anyway, as Fender said, Stop Dreaming, Start Playing!
