Healthy

Experiment which was mmmm~~

Suddenly had the urge to try to cook and serve properly for once during my Easter break. So, here's what I whipped up: Couscous with prawns and parmesan, and seabass with truffle flavoured olive oil and pine nuts. Love my basil and bay leaves which I got from Tesco. Potted. And Cindy named them Annie (basil) and Marrilyn (bay leaves). My babies. Muaks~

Your couscous look very good - the one we eat at Pandi is too oily actually - found out when i asked them to heat it in the microwave oven - remember to prepare this dish for us!!
