Try this: Spaghetti tossed with dried basil, some garlic powder (or fried garlic), salt, black pepper, and some sesame oil. Add in boiled prawns (unsalted), some smoked salmon and brie. Healthy and minimal oil ;) enjoy ~
Just a guy who writes what he thinks..maybe rants, maybe thoughts, maybe comments. He is just going through a life of competition which is dictated by the very imperfect world.
